Quality Assurance:

Stellar Machine has adopted a continuous improvement quality system compliant to
ANSI/ASQC Q9002-1994, Inspections and Testing are in accordance MIL-I-45208A, Calibration of test equipment is in accordance with ANSI / NCSL Z540-1

Stellar machine has achieved a 100% ABVM score as a contractor for the Defense Logistics Agency; this score reflects zero defects over the course of all of our DLA contracts.

Quality of product, conformance to customer specifications and continuous improvement is the principle reason that a QA program exists in our organization.

Continuous improvement is not only a QA tool but also a production tool used to streamline operations and produce parts faster.

Conformance to customer specifications requires a program that accepts on zero defects and rejects on one or more defects, this is accomplished through the use of in-process gauging, manufacturing and process controls, first article tests and final inspections.

Quality of product occurs when the entire quality system as above is engaged and allowed to grow as it does at Stellar Machine.

When a customer requires a higher level of Quality assurance our QA manager will discuss tailoring our system to meet those customers’ specifications.
