Stellar Machine employs a diverse and experienced team of machinists capable of tackling the most complex of machined components; we have extensive experience in working with all types of materials, and many different business sectors.

We are capable of producing 1 pc prototypes to completely manufactured custom machines; we have over 20,000 square feet of manufacturing space.

Our CNC Machining capabilities are large diameter turning to 40” diameter on (2) IKEGAI VTLs, and small to medium size turning on (1) KIA SKT21 Turning center and (1) DMTG CNC Lathe, Regular milling and 4 axis is performed on (2) Fadal Vertical Machining Centers, and (1) Leadwell V30, secondary operations are performed on various vertical and horizontal mills, multispindle drills, grinders and manual lathes.

Our CNC’S routinely hold +/- .0002” positioning tolerances, and our skilled machinist can hold .0005” on secondary operations.

Stellar machine also employs a fully staffed polishing and deburring department, which is primarily engaged in the precise finishing of customer supplied parts.
